(Material price A7075 is about 2.8 times that of A5052)

When a load of approximately 60 kg is applied to an assumed location of an 800 x 600 x t25 (mass approx. 30 kg) aluminum plate, the maximum displacement difference due to the difference in material is only 0.001 mm (maximum displacement A7075: 0.029 / A5052 0.030). Confirm things. Because the difference in displacement is small, we decided to manufacture with the cheaper A5052. Component dimensions 800 x 600 x t20 (mass approx. 30 kg)
