All holes are within ± 0.005 tolerance. The initial request is through a hole with a diameter of 0.2 mm. We suggest 70% (0.7mm) of the plate thickness to be punched by 0.5mm and drilling 0.2mm. The customer’s intended purpose has been achieved, the processing time is fast and the cost is low.
